Tom Reddacliff
General manager, MLC Advice Solutions
Appointed head of MLC Advice Solutions in February 2012, Reddacliff was previously
general manager of Godfrey Pembroke, a 29-year-old financial planning group covering
180 advisers nationally, from August 2008. Godfrey Pembroke was the first major dealer
group to introduce fees for advice for superannuation and investment back in 2006 and
has recently announced a move to the complete fee model across all areas of business.
Reddacliff has 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry including state and
national management roles within MLC, regional manager with the Russell Investment
Group as well as working as a consultant. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics
from Queensland University and, having completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Investment
and Finance, is a fellow of FINSIA
