Andrew Boal

Managing director, Towers Watson

As well as being managing director for Australia, Boal also sits on Towers Watson
Asia-Pacific Leadership Group.
With over 27 years’ consulting experience in the superannuation industry, he manages
key client relationships and develops strategic solutions for several major clients. Boal
also plays an important role in driving Towers Watson’s research efforts and thought
leadership in Australia, including post-retirement solutions.
Holding a Bachelor of Science with a majoring in mathematics and statistics from the
University of Melbourne, Boal is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and convenor
of its Superannuation Practice Committee. He also recently joined the institute’s council.
