Matt Gaden

General manager, institutional business and strategic alliances, Challenger

Gaden joined Challenger in 2003 and has worked in a range of senior distribution roles
across the retail and institutional markets. He holds a Diploma in Business from the
University of South Australia and is an Affiliate of the Securities Institute of Australia
Gaden has over 20 years’ experience in the funds management industry and has been
focused on the retirement incomes market for the last four years. He works closely with
super funds to assist their members’ needs in the pension phase.
